• here is a link to the off-oekaki file. it is a psd and is able to be opened in any art program that allows layers.
• if you are having trouble with the download, it can also be found on our discord server.
• this base is not a free color-in. please only use this if you have the proper permissions or items to do so.
• remember to follow cs rules and goob rules; the goob page has many important notes on it.
• only the intended owner of the goob should fill out these forms.
• the items and myos used will be taken from the poster's bank, please ensure you have everything you need before posting a form.
• your goob must have a "fake" sign on it until it has been approved by a staff member.
• you may post "unapproved" goobies here and later edit in who has approved them.
• staff members may be pm'd for approval, or you can find the channel #seeking approval on our discord.
• image links should be hosted on imgbb, toyhou.se, imgur, or another trusted source to ensure they do not break in the future.
  
  • with discord's new update, images linked from discord will break eventually. these images are not lost forever, just right click them, copy image address, and post them in discord to save them again.
