"Great!" Iris was excited to catch something for the pack, she hardly noticed him sit up straighter. Dismissing it, she turned and looked towards the forest beyond the little rocky perch she was previously laying - now standing - on. "I think we should get a deer of some sort." She mused mainly towards herself aloud, beginning to take a few trotting steps towards the brush.

Kiongozi didnt hear a reply. He sighed, continuing to drag in a large feril pig. One he reached the kill pile he aid it on the smallest side.

Allen followed her then glared at Sakura. Sakura smiled and waved a paw goodbye. Allen looked ahead to watch where he was going.

Iris yipped excitedly and picked up her pace as soon as she heard his pawsteps behind her, eager to get away and catch a good deer or some other prey. "Mmm... So, Allen, what made you come over and talk to me in the first place?" Her voice was still quiet and a little shy, but truly she was curious. Curiosity could get the best of the semi-young she-wolf, could you blame her?

Allen looked at her, a bit surprised. "well... you seemed like you had no one to talk to..." he told her even though it was a lie, he was great at lieing.

"Hm.. Right... And my Great-Aunt Sally was a cat." Iris chuckled lightly. She had always been unable to talk to others, she was sure everyone noticed it, yet now he attempts to do something? Unlikely. "I may be pink but I am no fool, Allen." She said, looking back at him and flashing just a little smile, her tail flicking in his face rather playfully.

Allen looked at her. "uh" he thought for a bit. to him, she was kinda cute so what else could he say.. his best friend sent him over just to talk. "so what are we hunting?.." he asked, hoping she wouldnt think he was trying to change the subject when he was.

Iris shrugged a little, not minding that he had switched topics. She didn't even notice, anyway. "Mmm... Deer?" She asked, slowing down so that they were moving the same pace and she could look at him easily. "Or a few rabbit. I don't really mind. Better than sitting around, hearing each other getting fatter from lack of exercise." She laughed, flashing her white fangs momentarily from opening her maw.

Allen smiled a bit. "i guess..." his black hair covered his red eyes from anyone to see.

Iris nodded eagerly as she spotted his little smile, and she bumped him playfully with her shoulder. "Alright, I think we should try for deer and if no luck then rabbit. After that I'm sure fish... If you like them." She flicked her tail at every light, bouncy step, excitement fluttering through her. It was wonderful here with Allen, and she was glad for his company.
