duckstar's patrol catches x3 big fish
earhtail's patrol catches x2 bird and x2 mice
finn's patrol catches x2 rabbit and x3 vole
cookiesong's patrol finds a mother cat wandering around after her den was destroyed during a really bad wind storm. her mate was crushed under the rubble and now she has no where to go. her kits are only one moon old and she wants them to be safe. she understands that duckclan won't let her stay, but she begs for them to at least take her kits in. they agree and tell her to come visit whenever she likes
tunatooth's patrol goes uneventfully...until they have to cross a very muddy section of their territory. tunatooth gets sucked into a sinkhole and cannot get out no matter how he or the rest of the clan tries. he slowly gets pulled down under and never resurfaces...
firtuft's patrol gets called back early to help with tunatooth and thus doesn't find anything
winterwood's patrol gathers x2 borage x1 lungwort, and x1 willow bark
no one learns a skill this moon, which gives the apprentices plenty of time to get to know their new denmates!

gingerpaw and sesamepaw are welcomed as apprentices! however, they are a little daunted by their new surroundings and fail to learn a skill. murcurypaw, who did learn a skill, tells them it'll be okay and to let her know if they ever need any help :)
thorn and his patrol find the scent of a cat. they trace it down, but arrive too late as the potential new clanmate is lying dead on the wet pavement. there is foam in his mouth and his fur is patchy. he reeks of illness, but it's nothing they've ever seen before. beside him is a half-eaten rat with the same symptoms. they return home promptly and talk to malibusky about how theyre going to inspect their prey from now on to make sure no one gets sick.
malibusky and waternose catch x2 squirrels
peakbreeze and sunshine catch x1 mouse and x1 crow, but peakbreeze gets a scratch on his paw pad from the rough pavement and will need x1 marigold to prevent infection
lilacheart and splotchsun catch x1 pigeon
softfern gathers x2 fennel and x1 marigold
pepperstripe gives birth to three kits. one of the kits is born deaf, but they are all healthy
softfern gives birth to two kits. however, she is very weak and will need to take 2 moons and x1 burnet before she can return to her healer duties
