Why are the dachshund dogs 25 each/100 for the set? What makes them more valuable than past store releases?

most store pet sets we've bought at $80 for 4, sometimes even coming with a bonus pet i mean, i squealed at the sight of them, but still... that's a 5C$ increase, even with the full set price considered.
