Halloween pony confusion

Dose anyone know how many "dead" PPS ponies there have been for the halloween events over the years?
I thought there was only one, then I found another that I had in another year. I'm just trying to make sure I'm not losing my marbles lol



These are the ponies I'm referring to.

I feel like there might be 3 but I'm not sure, and if there are I have no idea on the years.
