Here at Altiva Park, we aim to produce the finest and daniest of miniature and small horses. Miniatures height range from 28in-34in, followed by small horse going from 35in to 42in. During competition, these two categories are separate. Competitions range from classic led classes through to novelty classes such as 'Best head', 'Best trot'. Here at Altiva, we evaluate all of our miniatures to gain scores which reflect how competition is generally judged. Dont fret! Competing is not required, you are more than welcome to own and breed as you wish without requiring competition. But take into consideration how your foals attributes could be improved through breeding! We have a variety of colour options available in miniatures including palouse! Spotty babies are always adorable, and so we aim to bring a large population of palouse alive for our community. Buckle in, and enjoy the ride!

Blue (E+E+, E+e+)
Blue is a Black variant, sharing locus with extension, it presents geneo-typically as E+e+. If E+e+ appears with agouti (A_) it reverts back to Ee and blue will not appear. The blue colour is always a greyish blue or indigo, not a bright blue.

Modifiers
Fox (FxFx, Fxfx)
Fox appears similar to pangare. It will appear on any coat type affecting the whole underside of the horse including the muzzle, under eye and ear. The colour of Fox can change from a white to a burnt orange colour. More orange is the more desirable outcome for fox.
