What do you like best so far?: I like that it seems to have a thriving art community and will def help me practice drawing something other than humans
Any questions?: My art style is lineless, do I have to use lineart as long as I'm not coloring in someone else's? And am I allowed to state that I don't want anyone using my "lineart" at all? Also! I love BBCode, but how much is allowed for a post? I don't want to accidentally go overboard :]

Hi! I'm Space, and I can answer some of the questions you had:
1) Art can be done however you want to do it! The only thing that lineart is really used for is color ins or adoptables, but that's just for convenience. If it's just for your own art, do it however you see fit

2) You are totally allowed to state that you don't want your lineart to be used. Usually that can be easily done by making something not usable by other players, but you can always add a "Do not use/repost" message to your post.

3) BBC is a what ever you can do, go for it kind of thing. The only exception is the use of images and links on forums that are heavily trafficked and used, as too many images/links can cause lots of lag for other players. As long as you keep that in mind, feel free to be creative!

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: Help with an item trade, help with a question about trading items, help with a pet trade, help with a pet's worth. These are older ones because I copied my old form. I also helped some people via PM or trades and I put December 18th advice in my sig every December.
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: When I joined CS, I got help from people when I needed it, now I want to help others as well. I'm willing to put effort in my help like looking things up in the archive and link things. I often sent long texts to newbies when they needed help, I explained the game to new players, I linked helpful threads and so on. I always try to answer questions as understandable as possible, I'm honest, patient and friendly and I gained a lot of knowledge during my time on CS. I adopted a newbie a while ago but they aren't a newbie anymore and no longer need my help.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on CS daily. At the moment it's several hours a day because I have not much to do but even if I get busier I will check CS at least one time a day, maybe more. I always have a lot of time in the evening.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: I did. I read the Newbie information as well. I know it was not necessary but I wanted to ^^
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: I solemny swear that I will be polite, kind and friendly at all times and that I will do my best to help them!

I have helped out newbies through trades or via PMs, usually by helping them understand basic fair trades which sometimes leads to them continuing to message me through PMs for a future helping hand!
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I love helping people and I feel like I would be a great help to a newbie. I remember when I joined I was super confused on how the site worked and about all the different sections in the forums. I wish I would have known something like this existed! I want to be able to provide some relief to the sometimes confusing and frustrating times you can experience as a newbie!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I am usually on every morning and every night. Occasionally, I am online during the afternoon times as well if my days are free. Normally, I am online for a few hours at a time. I'd estimate at least 7 hours a day.

Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Absolutely!

Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course!!

Hiya, my name in Space, and I can answer some of your questions:
1) You sure can charge c$ for your art! My pfp is actually art I commissioned years ago for c$. You can also charge pet rarities, and there are some hand charts out there that change pet rarities and dates to how much c$ its worth if you get a little confused. The only real rule is no charging real money, as a lot of the player base is a little bit younger. So just keep that in mind
2) Getting older pets takes some time, but you can do it. The main way I've found is to participate in some of the larger events like easter, summer vacation, and Halloween to get your stock of rares up, or even trade for c$. Then, its all about finding the right people to trade with. On the trade forum there are a lot of people who are looking for certain pets, especially during events. You can use this to progressively get older and older pets, like going from a 2023 ->2019, and continuing down. The older you get the harder the pets are to trade for, but it is still totally possible. Just keep working at it and anything is possible!
