Maddie was too tired to notice that Soren he laid down with her still in his arms, snoring lightly.

Whimpering softly due to the pain in his head Soren took in a deep breath, holding it for a few seconds before letting it out to help calm himself down. Still holding her he soothingly rubbed her belly and closed his eyes again.

Maddie shifted a bit but did not wake, murmuring a word or to before going silent once more.

The blond continued to rub her belly soothingly as he waited patiently for her to wake up. Although he himself had ended up falling asleep not too long after, his hands now resting on her stomach as he drifted off.

Maddie woke up a few hours later when the doctor entered the room. "Your good to go, we'll call yous a cab once he wakes up." He said. Maddie nodded sleepily before she looked up at Soren. She drifted off again, nuzzling her face into his arm.

Soren twitched a bit in his sleep, dreaming about his childhood. A single tear slipped down his cheek as his mother hugged him in the dream, he missed her so much. Whimpering he shivered a bit, his heart ached and he wished he could see her one more time.

Maddie felt the tear and blinked opem her eyes groggily. She didn't know what to do, since she didn't know what was wrong.

"Mother..." he whispered in his sleep, reaching his arms out as if to try and grab the figure of his mother in his dream. Although when he almost reached her she vanished, nothing left but a cloud of smoke.

Maddie sighed a bit when he spoke. She didn't know how to help him, especially when it came to family related things.

Soren breathed heavily for a few moments before he slowly opened his ruby red eyes. In all honesty he hadn't realized he had fallen asleep in the first place. Looking at her he grabbed her hand and sighed, a little shaken up from the dream.
