How do you create an art shop?

I've been on the site for a while, but, was wondering how you create a art shop, and one of those pop up things that a user can click on that's in your signature to view your art shop, thanks a bunch for looking, and please reply.

Well You create one in Pets for art/ art for pets and you can ask for payments for your art, including examples and what art you can provide and to get them in your signature-
