This is a major, major interest of mine SO I will keep it as short as I can but
Yes yes yes yes 100000%. I've had some absolutely terrifying things happen to me,, but like I still just obsess over it and want more experiences ISKFKDKD (probably not the safest but it's just so interesting!!!)
And it's like, nobody knows what's after death. It's a mystery that's haunted humanity for as long as we've been here. It could be just as hard to disprove as it is to prove, yeah??

When I was younger, before I'd fall asleep, I'd feel like,, movement at the end of the bed. I always slept with my door locked and my room was in the attic, and both my cats slept next to me. They wouldn't move and since they were both big chonkers, you'd know if it was them vs not because they sink into the whole bed skkdkdkeksjs but it always felt like someone leaning over the side of the bed, and every time it happened, I'd just completely freeze up and my hair would stand on end

When I was 17 I lived in Florida for a couple months. One night, my boyfriend was in the room while I was in the bathroom. No fans on, no ac, door closed. He rushed into the bathroom tweaking out bc he said this wrapper that still had stuff in it just flung across the room and hit the ceiling. He is fairly skeptical, but it scared him for sure. He had no explanation for the things that happened in that house, shoot he says that house is why he believes in it more. In that same house, we were sitting in the bedroom and out of nowhere, just ... Straight pounding on our door. I yelled out "YEAH??" Thinking someone was at the door just to hear total silence. My bf and I just looked at each other like "???" So I went and opened the door-
Nobody. I opened the sliding door dividing our room with the rest of the house and saw a relative washing dishes. I asked him if he knocked on the door, which he looked at me like I was crazy and told me no one came over there. He said everyone else left, it was just me him and my bf. I asked if he heard the banging and he said no. AGAIN IN THAT SAME HOUSE, my closet door would like,,, rattle? Sometimes? The closet always gave me the creeps. What was the final breaking point with it, for me, was when it started again, and my cat just LOST IT. Meowing louder than he ever had before, scratching at the door, his tail all puffed up widkdjsjxnfne
That house was scary, I got a lot more but alas,,,, this would be a brick and I'm trying to keep it CS friendly xD felt like I was in some horror house fr, it was never a comforting feeling in there. Odd detail, maybe nothing maybe something, but after my relatives got the house, the dude just vanished. Neither their nor his realtor could get ahold of him, his address never changed, couldn't find him. Crazy stuff

ENTRY: i want to say yes, but i'd be lying, i had experiences that could make me say yes, but in the end there's always a rational explanation. Even if it makes no senses at the moment, it doesn't mean it's "paranormal", sometimes your brain make up things because you're stressed or because of traumas you probably didn't even knew you had. Some paranormal experiences are easily explainable, based on faulty activity in the brain. It also can be a kind of shield from the even harsher truths of the world ; when something unexpected happens the brain scrambles around for answers, looking for meaning. Also i think most people saying they saw a ghost or something like that are just seeking patterns in random forms ( Pareidolia ).

ENTRY: Yes! Because I am of the belief that "just because we can't see something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist", but also I've been witness to it myself. I am actually a fan of the paranormal and all things related. A few recent events I've witnessed were a cat toy I haven't seen since I was a young child popped up in my daughter's pile of toys, my battery-less Furby (Egg) decided to turn on and speak one night, and me and my partner both heard someone loudly whisper "get out of the way!" in the dead silence right before something had happened to us recently. I'm schizophrenic though, so sometimes it's hard to tell what is a paranormal event and what's just in my head.
