Main post edit: fixed the example links, as I had not used the permalink toyhou.se provides 👀 not a mistake I will make again!

I also had the horrible realization tonight at dinner that my 5+ hours of coding on the initial post made it look absolutely awful if viewed on mobile, so I added a mobile-friendly version (i will also not make this mistake again). as far as i can tell the form posts are still legible on mobile, but just ask and they can be reformatted as well! If you are having any other accessibility issues, let me know and I will be more than happy to help work on a solution. Thanks!
