But does this mean she's deaf? Because the wording makes it seem like she is ^^"

anyone got any tips for managing a male dog around females in heat? was at a group training where one of the dogs was in heat, and my dog went pretty ballistic. would not accept any food, including stuff he thinks is very high value. would play a little bit but would quickly loose focus and would just, pull, and scream.
should i just avoid taking him if i know theres dogs in heat or is it possible to improve it? obviously don't expect him to ever be perfect, just want it to be more managable if at all possible. hes 10 months atm.
neutering isn't an option for me till he's matured and his growth plates have fused etc, (and i would prefer to keep him intact unless it starts impacting his QOL)
young man in question when he's not being stressed about ladies
