feeling like very understimulated.
hungry.
too much snot in my nose.
i'm putting off things i have to do that i don't want to.
it doesn't feel good but i keep waiting for things to start, setting arbitrary start times in my head.
my head hurts from looking at the internet. strange feeling that it's not helping me push off my stressors as much as i'd like it to.
i'm noticing the part of me that wants to make me feel safe by dissociating online, and that it's been there to protect me from expressing negative emotions, but it no longer serves me.
ooooofffffff.
gotta feel some things.
