The best gift I'd ever received was in Christmas when I was little. Up to that point, due to cramped house, I'd slept in my parents room on a small mattress in the corner. Going to sleep on Christmas Eve had been just a normal night, but when I woke up, I was somewhere else: a bright pink room with a border of horses at the top! My family had worked hard to keep it a surprise that they were renovating the next room over for me and putting in furniture while I was not at home. My dad had carried me in while I was asleep so that it would be the first Christmas present (and best) that I would get that year!

ENTRY: the best gift weve ever gotten was a little sleepy absol that our wife sent us the first holiday after we started dating, when we were still very much long distance. it was the first gift we ever got from it + it was a sort of physical comfort from her through a lot of really rough times where we werent sure if we would make it. we still have it sitting up on our dresser, and its been well loved over the 5+ years since we got it <3

ENTRY: I am answering from me and not my cozie bc I am unsure which way it is meant but I have a good answer ;v;
The best gift I have ever received was from my bf on our first Christmas together. We had only been together a few months so it was hard to get anything too sentimental, but! We both love music and we would ride the bus to go on dates, ride it home from work together to hang out, etc etc. And we would always share headphones to take turns listening to each others music library. I hated his headphones and mine always broke... so he got me nice earbuds (that I still have all these years later) and a headphone splitter so we could each have both our headphones ;v; it was to this day the most simply thoughtful gifts I've ever received and I hold it close to my heart!

ENTRY: i got a picture frame from my therapist when i was well enough to leave. she have me a blanket with some pokemon on it, but also this picture frame. it had an inspirational quote, and it also had a note inside. a written note by me of all the things i felt i was good at and could improve on written in one of my sessions. it was so hard to leave her, but her gift is always on my bed and bedside and reminds me of how far ive come.
