I don't really prepare for Valentine's Day- this is my second year spending Valentine's alone after many years otherwise, so for me I'm savoring it and sleeping in! Sharing chocolate and strawberries with my family and remembering that despite being solo this year that I have a deep love for anything romantic- to a point. The overly sappy may make me roll my eyes, but it makes me happy to see all the love being spread around during this season. One day I'll have someone special to share the day with again, but until then, more time for self love! 🖤
