Prompt: A three layer tall cake, but part of the third layer is not there. Because part of the first and second layer has been cut away for a beautiful blue gelatin layer in it's place. Looking at the 'third' layer it seems a small island to the edge of the cake. Building up to a 'mountain', there are shades of green icing built around for greenery, but then pistachio both cooked and fresh has been ground for a fine textured layer on top of the greenery. Part of the 'mountain' leads down and crosses over the 'water' as a bridge to a much smaller island with a small passageway under this where more 'water' can be seen. The small beach at the edge of the larger island has a white sandy look to it, but looking closer you realize it is made of small white hearts. On the 'sand' is seen some small seashells made of white, marbled and colored chocolate. Biting into one it's found there is a rich ganache. Looking into the 'water' it seems there are more of these seashell shapes beneath the waves leading to the beach. Inspecting closer the biggest of the three waves, you realize it's made of more gelatin partially crumbled to give texture and height to the wave and small blue and white hearts have been layered on top as the foam of this 'wave'. Finally cutting into this lovely cake, you find the inside to be layers of a white cake with mango cream and mango jelly placed between the layers.
