I've always loved your work, so it's a bit difficult to choose one, but I'll have to go with this one. The shading and colours are so lovely, it's clean with a lot of nice extra details that are a bit subtle (like the lighting on the right man's face; it looks lovely!) The way you did the suits is especially appealing, frankly I am not very good with descriptions but it's all just very nice to look at. The bg works very well too, having something going on but which doesn't distract from the two characters.
