I’m unsure on how much demand might have inflated their c$ worth, but going by base worth they are asking almost double, even with demand those pets should not be collectively worth that much. So, unfair

The 3 newer ones are worth 25cs each and the older ones are not available to buy anymore so you should add at least 25cs more to them per year so I say it is unfair towards you especially if they are your only ones and not spares that you have on hand.
