did this pet recently change rarity or am i just oblivious and it has always been rare?

I believe it changed in November or December 2022, I don't remember ^^

This lil guy changed from rare to very rare in a span of a month, I'm wondering how could that happen? Dec. 18th could've played a role if some people with the cat went offline long enough for it to change in December, but then Dec. 18th bumped it back down to rare?

Most likely, but if it's from accounts becoming active for the dec.18th adopts; it Might jump up to VR again later on if that's the case!

It'd be fun to track this guy's rarity and see if that might be the case too; IIRC the time limit for an account to be considered "inactive" is like 6 months (but it might've changed) so it might be slow but it's very interesting. Would be funny for the cat to constantly switch from being rare to VR to rare every 6 months.

If you wanna see a pet that was interesting to track, for a while this guy was jumping from uncommon to rare to uncommon on what felt like a monthly basis (though afaik he's been at rare for a while now...)

This is a new change, i think it happened for the February rarity change because i didnt see them as very rare before!
