this is a thread with all staff's compiled litter linearts from the old V4, listing permits and artist allowances for their linearts. this is a reference and a resource for the current cloudy leopards staff. please always be respectful of what the artist of these lines says is okay-- do not act against artist's wishes.

additionally, please do not inquire to these artists about changing the permits that they stated here. the permits listed here are the most recent and binding, and approaching the original artists of the lines to attempt appeals won't be tolerated. please utilize this resource instead of dming any of the past staff unless they explicitly state it is okay to do so, thank you.
