while i do have a lot of fond childhood memories. i cringe for the most part, i was a strange kid.

• i love cats. i live with several (i believe i've said the exact number on cs before, but i'd rather not repeat it here, so just know it is A Lot:tm:) and you'd think that'd cause me to become sort of Burnt Out on cats,, and i suppose in a way it has. yet, in another way, it's made me love cats even more. i feel like, for the most part, i truly understand the ones i live with, and that makes me think i could understand nearly any cat i come across. many people in my area treat cats like Horrendous Creatures. i know i've worked with people who have made their distaste for cats Clear when i've brought up my own in conversation. i can understand not liking cats, because i get that not everyone had the opportunity to grow up around them like i did. but, idk. i just,, i feel a connection to them in ways i probably won't be able to explain. the most important people in my life have been cats (there's probably a better way to phrase that but i can't think of it at the moment) and i just,, idk. being around cats makes me feel comforted and like...idk i'm not Wording right so i'm going to stop

Nothing much, just wondering how I should spend my time. Probably going to write something and then proceed to rewrite it multiple times after not being satisfied with it.

^ Oblivion is really glitchy in so many regards and I think Skyrim is much better in terms of leveling and gameplay, but I adore the story of Oblivion so much more than Skyrim's. I can't really bring myself to hate/love either one completely, and it's definitely not something you can force yourself to like. Also the fact that you had to buy multiple different versions to play on different consoles sounds frustrating. I do agree, it seems like a moneymaking tactic.

It's technically not a single thing, rather, a couple of things put together: a cotton candy container filled to the brim with around 100 jingle bells in assorted colors, with three pride flags sticking out of it. I don't think anything could radiate my energy better than that lmao

had a dream
that i was at home (old house)
with mom n dad
but they looked different
and were different people essentially
we were packing or something
they were arguing a lil bit
and suddenly we see two birds fighting outside in our backyard
it was more of a flash of black/white and a rainbow flurry
a rainbow parrot!!!?
i open the door to try to see
and my "dad" too
he opens his arms and yells something unintelligible
a rainbow storm comes flying in and lands onto our marble tile
…. rainbow tropical parrot
we freak out and i shut the door rlly quick
idky but i didn't want to let it go either
bird freaks out and starts flying inside our small house (first floor only)
mom screaming lol
i walk towards it and extend my arm
leaving a perch of sorts
it calms down and lands onto my fingers
….. woa
so not a wild bird
dad n i r like what did dad yell out for it to be summoned here
but we don't really know
so i asked the bird
it talked!!!
and it seemed very sentient
saying its own words and not parroting back old phrases

we.. always have to follow it when he says it"

i take it to our kitchen and he is hungry
idrk what parrots r fed so i ask
"vegetables!"
i take out raw onion slices and add spam in the mix lmao
he tries it, makes a face (!)
"ugh, it's too cold… can you please warm it up"

then he calls it disgusting LOL and doesn't eat it
… then the bird had to go
the parrot didn't want to leave lowkey but we opened the window to the back yard again and it flew away

…. idk gravity was weird in this place
it changed after they changed this building
constructed weird pipes n tubes
looked cool n futuristic
the base building looked kinda like the e.gm building
where u go in for awana n college service
but we went out and i couldn't lower my arms cuz of the gravity
a sylvester-looking boy tried to help me
he was part of the lil vtuber group i was in idk
guide my arms down by gently lowering while coaching me how to get used to the gravity
"kind of like you're giving up; softly sighing and throwing your arms down"
but i couldnt and they laughed at me LOL
we kept going out into the e.gm parking lot
it was rlly rlly dark…
we were walking by the cars when we saw 2 rabid raccoons fighting
it was rlly gnarly and they were almost floating from time to time
just a whirl of teeth n nails n grey bushy fur
we were yeling in alarm n telling to back away
but i didnt
and they jumped too close too me
i got touched n bit/scratched
they said i was dangerous
and my vtuber friends immediately saw me as a threat???
told me to run to the sick people tent (also part of the e.gm building but honestly reminded me of middle east buildings where place takes war?? with the canopy n stuff
they made a slight minatory suggestion
"better get there before the 2 raccoons do"
so i fled there
trying to defend the bunch of old people/women/children i knew were there
from at least rabies, while i might have it
arrived panting at the roof just as two of my friends (?) came
one was really an assistant of the other or a fan but also vtuber almost? kinda like mascot idk
they were playfully threatening on the outside but i knew if i let them actually get to the people theyd die or be hurt
it was rlly two against one
had pipes and i knocked the roof down (x formation of pipes and canvas together)
so they cant cross it to get to us
but some of the pipes were stuck there, hanging all haphazardly (cuz they were part of the foundation) and they just balanced delicately on it
jumping around, teasingly stepping toward the small/fearful crowd in the back
i yelled at them as i fought
practically begging for mercy
almost crying
weak but adrenaline kept me swinging two long n heavy plastic pipes with the intent to push someone off this 2 story building (but i could tell my body def cud not handle it)
i was just a soft twink pls (LMAO) and the other guy was prettier, and at least 6'2
(hm my colors were a washed out blue? n grey? i had rlly soft hair. and the other guy had rlly long hair, dark brown??? clothes white an almost vibrant/bright red and orange accents, and his even taller friend at least 7 foot was a black doberman kind of figure?)
they kept laughing n teasing til i was about done
exhausted
then we were suddenly on the floor of the empty building
everyone i was trying to defend either ran away or disappeared idk
i didn't notice anything but those two
i just collapsed panting n about to cry
they pat me and said i didn't have rabies lmao
looks like you were in the clear after all~

I had a dream very recently where my best friend called me "honey" in a platonic way because of a conversation we had irl and because I told him about native Siberians cultivating honey in my dream. I don't remember most of it, but he said "you need to take better care of yourself or you'll end up miserable, honey" and my partner agreed. I've also had a lot of dreams about casually hanging out with family members of mine who have passed, one of my favorites was with my cowpoke older sibling who loved cows and riding their Altai. They were playing guitar while we sat on a porch in the middle of a humid summer and I sung along. It felt very real, the wind, the way the leaves and the grass crinkled in the wind, the short lived relief on the sweat of my brow at each gust, their voice and the raw plucking of guitar strings- I felt at home again.

v what was your favorite haircut?

edit: I agree with the person below you as someone with a very heavy interest in style and fashion. That really only pertains mostly to bangs in terms of length and texture, but if you have a good stylist it really doesn't matter. Mostly because "face shapes" are a little more complicated than just generic face shapes! The face is mostly made up within quadrants and proportions, not just one specific shape. If you'd like to have a specific haircut and you're worried about it not looking well on you, you can always change the finer details to be more specific to you! TL;DR, haircuts really don't look all the different based on face shape because face shapes are a little more complicated than that and a good stylist usually knows how to tailor something to make it look more flattering on you and still true to what you want. Also everyone looks good in mullets lol
