Mothers & Father’s Day event suggestion

I support parent day and possibly a family day but PLEASE don't do mother or fathers day events.
1. they're celebrated on different days
2. trauma as mentioned above
3. heteronormativity
4. gendering things with dresses on mothers day and suits on fathers day just doesn't sit right with me
5. limiting it only to men and women- there are lots of enbies out there who are parents. maybe we could do speech bubbles with words like, "mum" "dad" "zizi" "mother" "maddy" "father" "dada" "papa" "kiddo" "daughter" etc.

Parents' Day would be super cute!! We could have several 2nd gens available for adoption on it, just like Valentine's Day. And I loveee the pets that have little babies with them. I see some examples were mentioned already but I had to add these as well lol:

While I think the "heteronormativity" argument is a bit silly here (these holidays.... also include same-gender couples, lol) I feel parents' day would be better simply due to the logistics of Mother's and Father's day being at different times in different countries (For parents' day it'd be easy to use the UN Day for Parents!)
