I have been going to counseling, and she isn't really helping me. It helps to talk to someone, but the solutions she is presenting are things I have thought about multiple times and have not done anything. It isn't all about just knowing the solutions to me. I need help with the implementation. I have a strong feeling that I need to be medicated alongside therapy. Receiving a diagnosis and being able to identify what is actually wrong would be a big help too, but I have roadblocks to that. Personal and other. I will figure something out.

I like my Guts sweatshirt. I spent over 100 MONEY on that. It wasn't a mistake.
