Caveclan
Harestar is tagged with Meteorfall (Lightwalkers)
Watching his clanmates, Harestar’s thoughts drifted to his clanmates waiting at camp, focusing specifically on the elder apprentices. Half of them were to take their assessments soon and the other litter would take theirs the moon after, when Splashpaw and Alderpaw were ready to join them. Harestar was particularly excited for that ceremony as they’d be the first warriors he’d get to name. He was already thinking about the suffixes that they did earn. A nearby mew drew his focus to the seal lynx point nearby. Harestar blinked, puzzled by the tom’s words but he nodded, moving slightly to give the newcomer room. “Of course. I’m Harestar, leader of Caveclan. You’re a light guide, you said? I haven’t heard of a leader called a light guide before.” He commented curiously.

Rowanfur are open
Rowanfur crouched next to her son, quiet as he groomed her fur. She hadn’t wanted to go but Silvernose and Shimmerpelt had suggested it’d be a good idea to lift her spirits a little. Since Morningstar’s death a couple moons ago, she’d recovered. Somewhat. The red tabby still missed her mate, her heart aching every time she woke and realized he was gone. She’d recovered enough to return to warrior duties but her clanmates could tell she still grieved. Perhaps being here at the gathering would help though. Gatherings always did have this air of energy and excitement that never failed to make its mark on the cats attending. It was no cure for her grief of course, but with Sunstripe’s soothing grooming, Rowanfur could indeed feel some sort of glimmer of interest as she looked around the unfamiliar clans.
Cloudpool is tagged with Snowy Owl (Igneousclan)
Cloudpool shivered, his yellow eyes darkening with mingled horror and grief for Snowy Owl’s clan. How awful that must have been for them to have gone through. He couldn’t even imagine losing his connection with Starclan. All of Caveclan would suffer if they suddenly found themselves unable to connect with their ancestors. The fire was even worse, as if it was a punishment from the ancestors who had cut themselves off from their living clanmates. He didn’t mention that to Snowy Owl though, choosing instead to say, “I hope that your clan will soon regain some connection with Starclan.” Cloudpool’s memories of his life before Caveclan were vague since he’d been so young but he could certainly recall the dangers of living life as a rogue. “It shouldn’t take too long for that,” He assured her, chuckling. “Soon enough Igneousclan will have a full nursery. Ours has grown rather empty now that so many of the kits have become apprentices. We have two kits in the nursery who’ll join the apprentices next moon but we do have one queen in the nursery and several mated pairs who may soon be expecting. Trust me, it won’t take too long for your clan to have just as many kits. They’ll certainly keep you busy!” Cloudpool joked, amused.
Mosspaw is tagged with open
Cloudpool had assured her she’d be fine but Mosspaw hadn’t realized just how many cats were there. Fighting the urge to shrink back to his side, Mosspaw glanced around, wondering who to talk to. Almost all the other cats were bigger than her, so who looked the least scary? Even the other medicine cats seemed intimidating to Mosspaw. “There’s a truce,” Mosspaw murmured to herself, repeating what Cloudpool had told her. None of the other clans would dare start a fight and Cloudpool had said it was a good experience to come to the gatherings. He'd explained that she could get some good good advice from those who'd experienced life differently than the Caveclan cats. Mosspaw could see the wisdom in that, even if she wasn't eager to actually engage in a conversation with these strange, scary cats.
Poppypounce is tagged with open
Poppypounce found herself a spot at the edge of the clearing where she could flop as gracefully down to groom out her fur. Mistypaw was fine, already eagerly throwing herself into the crowd, and Poppypounce was more than content, a sly grin on her face as she thought about two of her clanmates. Mistfall and Ashstrike. The pair had become mates recently, unaware that it had been her who had pushed them into it. Poppypounce as well as the majority of the clan had watched the pair dance around their feelings for moons and she’d had enough of it. A little meddling here and there and with Willowtail’s help, Poppypounce had gotten the pair to become mates. She’d squealed with excitement when they’d told her, ignoring her brother, Stormfeather’s exasperated glance. Stormfeather considered the entire situation silly, saying some nonsense about how ridiculous the situation was. He wouldn’t be saying that when he finally developed a crush on some cat. Poppypounce purred, mentally congratulating herself on a job well done. Pushing the pair to confess hadn’t been easy and well, maybe Poppypounce could consider herself a true matchmaker now? Even if Mistfall and Ashstrike were the only couple she’d set up together.
Mistypaw is tagged with Violapaw (Duckclan)
Mistypaw nodded in agreement, thinking over what she’d heard her clanmates say about them. “Very smart! They try to stay in the lake where we have to be more careful to avoid twolegs and leave during winters when twolegs leave. And if they’re in our rivers, they are really really careful! Some of the warriors occasionally attempt to catch them though.” The blue tabby giggled, adding, “Demon ducks! We can never be too careful!” Violapaw’s excitement was contagious for the already enthusiastic young apprentice. “Yes! Our camp is in a cave actually! It’s really beautiful. It’s a cave under a river and a little waterfall! You’d think it might be dark but we have small holes that let sunlight filter in. The older cats put out a bunch of stuff around for the light to bounce off of and it’s really pretty! Not nearly as bright as it is outside but we have plenty!” Mistypaw tilted her head for a moment, thinking. “It’s our only cave but we have lots of rocks! What’s a mountain though? Mistypaw asked curiously. “I’ve never heard of a mountain.”
