m not really... i dont really set new years goals since ik if i do im gonna end up not doing them then being super upset about it :(( but hopefully ill do my group advising for college this week. def not gonna get accepted into any classes this semester again tho uhhhghh might have to wait until fall 2023 for that :(

Ohmygoodness I love sharks sm, they are my favorite animal and I will ramble about them at any opportunity. I am either someone's dream tour guide at an aquarium or their nemesis because I will ID and list random facts about every shark I spot (I am awful at fish identification, I cycle through like 3 options unless they're tropical fish). I will even give facts about the ones you do not see, like the great white because we are unable to care for them in captivity. I love seeing sandbar sharks because of their impressive dorsal fin, and all the grey nurse sharks because of their snaggly little faces and their ability to sit still. Bonnetheads are seen pretty often too, and I often hear people calling them "baby hammerheads". They are just small! They are also, to my knowledge, the only omnivorous species of shark as seagrass makes up 60% of their diet.

I just really love and respect all of these guys, sharks are older than trees and have survived FOUR mass extinctions. Very impressive stuff :>

^ As someone who is in college, once you're there it gets easier! But I totally understand the struggle because I'm currently trying to transfer out of my current one and admissions are a little daunting haha

  SO on the tony kornheiser show (i think that's the name of his podcast? i don't remember exactly tbh) they did this Cool Thing, where they decided to give away free seats to a major league baseball game. now, the thing was, they didn't announce it anywhere else. it was just something they mentioned on the podcast like,, a day or two before the game,, and that was it, right? but yeah! anyone who wanted to get in for free just had to do like,, a special greeting. OH okay so i cheated and looked at the wikipedia page for his podcast, which has like a list of the most well known inside jokes, right,, BUT anyway, the greeting was 'la cheeserie!' SO YEAH all they had to do was go up to the ticket booth and say that phrase, and they'd get a seat for free!! i think over one hundred and forty people were able to get into the game that way? i may be off on the number fjshfks
  yk,, i don't know if this counts a fact or not. like,, it Did Happen:tm: but it seems to be more of a story or an anecdote rip...hmmmmmmmm. uhhh let's see,, A More Fact-y Fact i have is that sharks have age rings like trees!! they have like,, bands on their vertebrae, right? and for each pair of one opaque band and one transparent (or translucent,,, i can't remember the exact wording and i get those two confused anyway skjdfgshdsfk) band, that's a year (well maybe not a year,, but a Measurement of Time:tm:) that the shark has been alive!
  sharks are so cool, i wish i knew more about them but that's the only shark-related fact i have :pensive: (yes i could learn more but im lazy khfkjf)

getting through school today and being able to continue so watching an anime I started last night(that I stayed up till 1 am for) and continue watching sonic prime lol I’ve also been getting some really nice ideas writing wise and I hope I can translate them well to a google doc!!

um. like maybe grade 7 in middleschool. ignorig all my personal problems school was my escape for a bit because my friendgroup was small, close, no drama . we played mincraft alot for science class just had a good ???????// carefree time as kids should ????????? yea. or grade 10 because that was fun me and my friend group stayed afterschool alot and played dnd. beat ppl up in smash bros and didnt have to worry abt exams bc of covid lol

I always have to have a base of some kind underneath (like when drawing a headshot I have to do the outline thing... you know the one) even if I don't follow it. I have no idea why. Other than that I always need to have a reference if I'm doing proper poses.
