I need an opinion on this one... I know the new UR is not stable in value right now. But would you think this is a good offer? I tend to say no because the demand of my pets is better than theirs

Side 1 = Late 2014 VR store pet (+ 2016 common pet)

Side 2 = 2011 Halloween Item (Unsure of its value, but I wouldn't trade it for less than a rare)

About what age store pet should be added to Side 2 to make this fair?
