I actually doubt that, the tree goes for 1.5-2 nons normally i heard and the dragon goes for 2-3 nons so the swap wouldnt be fair but idk what the kitsune adds

The still growing dog is an '08 R
The still growing rat is an '11 R
The Dark vampire squid is worth an 09 R.
The White rabbit set is 15 CS in store so 3-4 CS for one piece?
Sword in Platinum Scabbard is 7 CS in store.
'Fried egg' Easter egg is worth an '11 UC/R
Belted Leather Boots is worth an '12 UC
Pink pigeon is worth an '13 UC

Can't find the Easter baskets and the other few items but they are most likely worth a C or UC from the year they were released

I agree with what was said previously about these trade.
My findings:
PPS Dragon goes for 2.5-3 Nons easily
UR Flamingo goes for 2-2.5 Nons (Source)

Trade one:
UR s’more is worth 1.5-2 Nons (Source)
2022 Store pets = 2011 rare each
I searched around but I can’t find anything on the 2008 dog, apologizes! Base worth is 4 2009s.

Trade two:
2013 Kitsune (base worth) 0.5-1 MA — demand wise it regularly goes for 2 MA (Source)
The UR Orange Tree goes for 1.5-2 Nons (Source
