first: they're asking for way overpay. your side is worth 4-5 '09 rares (warrior cats are worth 0.5 MA or 3-4 '09 rares) and theirs is only 2-3 '09 rares.
second i'm unsure if the goat has extra demand adding to value, but it looks like overpay on their side. would get a second opinion though.
