The UR Strawberry Shortcake is about 1.5-2 non

1. The UR Pineapple goes for around 1 non but doesn't have the best demand so it might be harder to trade off. The Elemental cat and warrior cat are worth 1 ma each, and the purple sitting cat is just a normal VR. If you add all this together, it does not add up to 1.25 non so it isn't fair on your end.

2. Punk dogs are 0.5 non each and the purple sleipnir is 0.25 non. This adds up to 1.25 non so they should add 0.5-0.75 non on their side to make it fair.
