As for the unknown 2022-12-01 pet. People tend to want overpay because of the unknown rarity. Therefore, I will value it as a Rare for now.

In C$ the items would estimate around 10.25C$
With the unknown dog, around 11.25-13.25C$ if I did the math properly.

Some people may value some items at commons, such as the gummy rings or glow sticks for example.

Technically, it is not fair to the 2011 and 2012 uncommons as those are worth around.
