Hello! I just received a trade offer that I feel is fair, but I’m an absolute novice when it comes to the particular value of items

They are offering a 2013 Halloween Dragon Scythe for my 2013 Summer: Sleeping Party Angelic Sword.

Given they are from the same year, is it fair? Or does one have more demand/rarity over the other?

I really appreciate any and all help!

The dragon scythe was a free item and therefore easier to find; the angelic sword is a token item and worth more, so no they're not equal. Furthermore the angelic sword is a multi-step token, meaning it wasn't a banner grab.

Also how much is the Blue Star Bush worth? I had someone offer 2 ‘22 rares for 4 of them

just fyi, if you link your items, it doesn't go to the page you were viewing, so I'm just going to give a summary of the oldest/most valuable items you have from your last few pages!

furthermore, there isn't a strict item guide for every single item out there, since items do not get assigned a value upon release (unlike pets). as such, you will have the best luck individually searching items on this thread, or you may refer to the cs popular items worth thread which has collated the most valuable items. I would also recommend browsing the share your item trades thread, where users are encouraged to post accepted/declined trades for older/high demand items (this resource is useful since it shows current trading trends, but does not include every item under the sun).

generally, items are worth a common/uncommon from release date. items such as animal eggs, plushies, nature items and certain dressup items like wigs will fetch the higher worth and may even fetch a rare. items from 2013/2014 and earlier tend to stick more to a more strict uncommon worth (in my opinion anyway).

with that, here are the items of most value:
- cupid arrow = 1-2 2009 Uncommons, or perhaps 1 2009 Rare at a stretch. this item is not on the cs popular items thread, and I have found no trades including it, so suffice to say it is not that sought after in comparison to the other items from this set.
- i love you speech bubble = diablo says that these are worth 1-2 09 Rares each, however I have not found any other evidence for this and no trading evidence either. furthermore, these speech bubbles were re-released in 2010, so I would value them more at 1-2 2010 Uncommons ea. as opposed to an 09 Rare. speech bubbles tend to have very low demand, and from experience I have been unable to trade them for anything over a 2010 Uncommon per item.
- diaper & pacifier = 2010 Uncommon ea.
- malk sitting dog / wolf plushie = 09 R/VR

every other item you own is either a current store item, a current free release item, or an item worth a common/uncommon from release date. like I said earlier, items from pre-2014 are more likely to fetch the higher bracket (aka an uncommon), or more if they're highly sought after. regarding the star blue bush, the Celestial Garden set was released on 1st July 2022. this was a limited store set available for 2 months to purchase. you could buy a discounted pack with all of the 56 items for 80c$ - I cannot remember how much they were priced at individually, unfortunately.
that said, I am unsure if 2 '22 Rares for 4x Star Blue Bush items would be fair. 80c$ divided by 56 items comes to 1.4c$, and whilst
1 2022 Rare is worth 1-3c$, owing to the fact that this item set will not be released again, I wouldn't take the offer.

What is the centurion armor set worth? The full set

the centurion armor sets were released in the 2014 Egypt Event. this post indicates that these items were a free set that you could collect once every day from an NPC, and once you had collected all the sets, you would be given a new set at random. as such, it would be likely that each individual item from a set is worth 1 2014 Uncommon (a set containing 1x Armor, 1x Arm Band, 1x Bracers, 1x Helmet, 1x Sandals, 1x Shield and 1x Roman Cloak).

that totals 7 2014 Uncommons, so depending on whether you follow the 4:1 or the 2:1 rule, that would either amount to 1.5 2014 Rares or 3.25 2014 Rares for a Centurion Armor Set

- fishing line = 1 MA (6-9 09 Rares)

the steampunk set was a free-release item pack obtainable from the store, and was released as a pack of 21 items that you could only adopt once, as indicated by this post.

valuing each individual item at 1 2012 Uncommon = 21 2012 Uncommons.
following the 4:1 rule, that would total 5.25 2012 Rares, or 1 2010 Rare and 1.25 2012 Rares
following the 2:1 rule, that would total 10.5 2012 Rares, or 1 2009 Rare and 2.5 2012 Rares

the only successful trade I found for some of these items was when a user traded their limited release 2021 store items in exchange for a good bunch of steampunk + other items here. they did not say how much they valued the steampunk items at, but suffice to say it would be around 1 2012 Uncommon per item, as indicated by this previous response here as well.
