Happy holidays everyone! Hope everyone's had a good few days (or will do if you've not celebrated anything yet!)
I'll be updating the character list soon, we've got one more person joining so we'll wait for them to post their character and then we'll begin the roleplay.

"Ah, well, my friends call me Jay, sometimes Jamie, but… yeah. James Conway."

"As I said, my friends call me Jay. But I’m, uh, 24. Born May 22nd.

"Just he/him."

Great, and what's your sexuality and relationship status?
"That seems awfully personal for an interview... but, if you must know, I'm bisexual. And single."

What would you say your role in the town is?
"I'd say I'm like, the suspicious one."

Yeah, that makes sense to me. Is there a song that you would consider, like, a theme song of yours?
"I mean, my favourite song is Three Hours Ahead by Vanisa Khamkhosy, but one that I relate to more? I guess Mother Tongue by Liana Flores. My mom died before she could teach me too much Spanish so I never got the chance to learn it. But oh well, nothing to do about it now. I have a few words."

Sorry for your loss. To change the topic a bit, what's your favourite colour?
"Yeah, no worries. I'm a huge fan of Hunter Green actually."

For some reason, that makes sense. Could you give a quick description of your personality, flaws, and strengths?
"Sure, uhm, I mean, I'm not an overly social person. I like to spend time alone, reading a book, or doing research, writing poetry and stuff like that. I can be really brash and honest, so I only have a select group of friends who can handle that. I tend to be difficult to get along with, because I can never admit when I'm wrong, and I get into a lot of pointless debates over it. I come off as cold and detached, but it makes me better at making tough choices. I don't have the emotional burden of it. I like to keep busy, if I'm not doing something I tend to get aggravated easier. Yeah, that's about it for me."

"Well, I was born here, in Pineridge, I've lived in this house since I was born. A three bedroom, as my parents wanted two kids. My dad left early on. My mom took care of me, raised me as best she could, but she got pretty sick after my dad was gone. I got about halfway through the eighth grade before my mom died. I continued with my education through high school, and tried to get the literary degree I always wanted, but I couldn't get through all four years. So I dropped out. But I kept studying, at the library. The town history, random science stuff. There were a few gaps here and there, which the librarian just brushed off as "standard history gaps" but they seemed too recent for that excuse to make sense. It feels like something fishy is going on but there aren't any explanations so far. But, yeah, that's a basic description of my life and all."

i’m unsure of the starting date plan but as a heads up, I had to take my laptop in to get looked at & am not sure when I’ll be getting it back with all these weird holiday hours so there is a slight chance I may end up having to post a bit later!
