No, UR dog needs to add .5N, since it’s only being valued at 3 right now whereas the sunback usually goes for 3-3.5.

I think it's fair. 2 2022 store pets equals one 2021 pet....plus the c$...makes it fair, i think. So its really down to which pets you prefer. But please get a second opinion.

I personally believe this comes down to your own personal preference. To me, I'd agree with the above, it seems fair, but I think with the more recent stores since they don't have remarkable demand it really depends on how you value your pets. Whether you take date, species, lineart edits, etc into account. The 2020 dog is trading down date-wise, but the phoenix linearts are very unique. It's hard to tell when they haven't gotten their rarities. If they ended up VR I would say it should be one phoenix plus the c$ for the 2020 dog, but we don't have that information, so my decision if I got this trade would likely be to keep the dog regardless of whether the trade was technically fair because of that uncertainty. The 2020 dog only gets rarer but the phoenix stores are very recent and much more available since they're still in the store. So I would agree, it's up to the pets you prefer.

the GWJ has pretty consistent demand, i wouldn’t say its an insanely high demand pet but it doesn’t have low demand either.
The UR holly dog has lower demand than some other URS and i personally had some difficulty trading it away.
