Dragon value is fluctuating between 2-3 nons now. It was going down to 2-2.5 but there’s been trades with 3 nons in the past 24 hours.
BUT most trades are valuing it at 2.5

Only the UR Flamingo is going for 2-2.5 non so anything other than that will need to add.
Cinnabun close at 2 non but will also need to add .5 non.
Everything else will need to add to be fair.
Here’s a list with everything and it’s worth If you decide you want anything from this trade and need help making it fair hmu!

keep in mind that the demand of the pineapple is rather bad and it will take patience to trade it off for its value

trade 1: fair, if not a small overpay in their side. your side is 5-6 09 rares (depending if you value the guinea pig at 1 or 2 09 rares), their side is 6.5 09 rares
demand-wise it's higher demand for low demand, but it's up to you if you want the rats

trade 2: unfair to you
their side is only 3 09 rares while your side is 5-6 09 rares
not sure if the vr rat is a list rat, but demand does the value decrease to 2 09 rares anyway
