Adoptable Ambies!

Ambies are adorable little creatures that come from the DarkWorlde. They have been rescued from their original home and brought here because they were dying out from lack of food. They eat a lot of stuff that grows here but doesn't thrive there. They usually take two days to grow, though some grow faster.

Cost

One ambi usually costs 1 very common to uncommon pet. If it's from my wishlist, you can have a custom, but otherwise I'll breed two of your pets for markings.

Who Can Adopt

Anyone can adopt an ambi! You don't have to wait for your turn or anything like that! But please remember, I'm a cat, not a machine.

Code and Stuff

Ok, I need to lay down some rules. I don't have one yet, but I will make an ambi breeding center. If you have adopted an ambi, you may breed him or her at the center. You may not use the ambies off CS, but if you have my permission, you may use them somewhere else on CS.
Ok, now for that code... wait! I need to instruct you in the proper care of ambies! The code will come after that...

Caring for Ambies

Feeding: Just post on your ambie's page something like "I give [Name] a bit of rabbit" or "I give [Name] some apple juice".
Ambies eat insects, small mammals, and nuts. They like honey, juice, and tea as well. Babie ambies will appreciate milk, too.
Affection: Ambies need love, too! They will enjoy cuddles and games a lot! They are very fluffy and huggable, anyway.

On Keeping Your Ambi

This is a MUST READ. If you want to keep your ambi and have it grow, you need to feed it, play with it, and cuddle it. If its hunger status reaches starving and stays there for two days, it will not grow and will be taken back to the shelter and put up for adoption. If you feed your ambi but don't play with it and cuddle it, it will grow, but once it reaches the depressed point and stays there for two days, we take it back. Don't worry! If you aren't on enough, just let us know and your ambi will still be cared for! But remember to tell us so you can keep your ambies.

Helping Out

Do you want to help with the caring and feeding and all that stuff? Because I'm the only person here and some help would be nice! If you work here, you can have free custom ambies and you can color people's requests! Just let me know and I'll let you know how that job's working!

Ambi Biology!

I've decided to write down a little bit of info about ambies. They are about the size of rabbits. They usually nest in sheltered spaces on the ground, though young ambies and females with kits often nest in trees. They are not good swimmers, but can fish. They like humans but don't scavenge. They live 25-30 years in the wild and 30-35 years in captivity. They are easily domesticated. They usually live in small family groups of 4-5 individuals with a female, a male, and their kits. Kits who want to start their own pack usually leave at 10-13 years of age. They have a good sense of smell and usually have large territories which they guard fiercely.

Ambies usually show up instantly after you adopt them unless I have a lot of requests! Don't wait because then your ambi gets really sad and please pay because Roseluvr4ever has already lost an ambi (temporarily) before even meeting her and I don't want others to make such mistakes if they like ambies!
