I'm not a complete expert, but the pup you have if from the very first litter on CS so by far one of the most valuable pets on the site. Personally I wouldn't trade it, defiantly one worth keeping.

The UR rat is with 1 non, but your pup could be 1 non or it could be a lot more. It really depends on if you’re ok with risking it being one of the most valuable pets on the site.

You are correct, however, the rat is very hard to trade away vs. the dog. I truly wouldn't take this, because majority of those pets aren't as valuable vs. the dog.

Personally, I wouldn't take this. The dragon currently is going for at least 2 nons (however, demand will fluctuate a ton). The Pineapple is hard to trade away if you don't plan on keeping it. You can get much better offers if you hold onto it a little longer! I got much better offers on mine.
