Day 3 is officially closed!

Everyone gathered by the pond excitedly chatting before the before the race began. Zenon stood off the side again speaking into her mic, "The rules of this race are simple! Who ever completes 3 full laps first will be declared the winner. If for any reason a racer can't go on they will be out! With that the racers may start in 3... 2... 1... GO!"

The racers zoomed off from the starting line, with Farrow off to a slow clumsy start where he almost fell. Soon he caught up to Taz and Snarl and successfully completed his first lap without a problem. Soon after crossing the starting line, Farrow began to falter just before going into the first bend. Unable to regain control, Farrow crashed into a snowbank. "It looks like Farrow will be taking last place again this event. Perhaps the physical events are not our clumsy friends forte!"

As the race went on, Taz and Snarl also wiped out. Crimson, Felicity, and Splash were left, with Splash leading the pack. The trio was in the final stretch with Splash seemingly about to win when Felicity suddenly leaned forward and began picking up speed. She zoomed past Crim spraying a small amount ice at her and just as Splash was about to cross the line, met with him in a photo finish! "Wow! Hold on folks, I will have to see what the results of this event are from one of our photographers," Zenon stepped away to get one of the pictures while the racers came to stop and eagerly awaited the results.

Returning to her spot, Zenon came photo in hand and announced, "Felicity has taken first place by the tip of her horns! That was quite the finish!"

Before you could move, Zenon spoke once more, "With the races being over, the pond is officially available for anyone to ice skate on for the rest of the night! You can see Renna sitting over there at that booth, she will be able to provide you with ice skates for your visit!" Zenon turned back towards the building and started walking towards it. "For anyone interested in watching the next event, please head back inside! Make sure you grab a warm beverage at the table just inside. Alyss will providing tea, coffee and hot coco to anyone who wants any!" As Zenon finally reached the door she paused once more, "And our next event will be one of our edible events! The contestants will be making a marshmallow snowman seen! Be sure to watch for some fun and maybe snag a tasty treat!"

Goobies Reaction: Lily hears the announcement about Felicity winning the ice skating race just as a snowball fight ends, and looks over curiously, wondering what the next activity will be. Hearing there is hot coco available, Lily actually decides not to join another snowball fight in favor of grabbing a mug of the delicious chocolatey beverage. Besides, the idea of marshmallow snowmen sounds super cute, she definitely can't miss that! So, she happily heads inside.
