these seem to dither between a LA/MA (1 LA being 3-4 09 Rares/0.5 MA, and 1 MA being 6-9 09 Rares respectively).

according to the CS Popular Items list, Pocky items go for a LA (source), but the VR and OMGSR Successful Trades thread has seen them regularly valued at 1 MA (source). the "share your item trades" thread has more recent trades valuing them at a LA (source), so users may be more inclined to trade for the lower value.

The shirt is still in the store for 5 C$, so it's worth either that or any pet of an equivalent value (i.e. a 2019 or 2020 rare)
