i like sunflowers. my mom likes them and i always see them and think of my mom.

^ i feel the same way sometimes. not much i can say that wouldn't sound meaningless coming from a total stranger, but take the time to look after yourself. maybe do some self-reflection to figure out what you truly feel, what makes you feel that way, and what, if anything, you can do to slowly change that. it can be scary and painful at first, but it can also truly help in the long run. take care, cs user rough <3
> this year truly is a snow lover's dream. we haven't had much, if any, snow for literal years now,,, and now we have a lot! my apartment is so dark because all of my skylight windows are covered under thick snow blankets,,, wish i was young enough to go out and build a snowman, but unfortunately i'm pretty sure some of my neighbours would call the police on me claiming i must be on drugs if i went out to build one in the yard lol so instead i have been building adult snow men, and by adult snow men i mean i've been creating huge piles of snow by shovelling the driveway once or twice a day. my past few daily gratitude journal entries have just been "snow make me happy" lol

v have you ever jumped into something without thinking first? how did it work out?

i'd say my first time sailing was an impulsive decision. had a few months of a gap year left, some money in my bank account and a fixation on traditional sailing and shanties, and something in my head just went "why not?". took about a month from the initial idea until i was alone on a flight headed to an island in the middle of the atlantic that i'd sail back from.
it went surprisingly well. sure, i was extremely ill for the first few days and there were certainly things that didn't go as planned, but once i settled into it, i fell in love. hard.

my dads butter pasta. its really simple and its exactly what it sounds like. nothing is more special to me than him coming home and asking if i want to have some after a really bad day. i love him so much, and his food makes life feel a little better.

^ i completely understand as ive had to clean up my house recently. honestly, i only started because i had to look for my credit card. id start at what you think the hardest part is, because once you can get that done its gonna feel like you can get anything done. and yes splatoon !!! squid game
