Story; Nait was brought home by Jamie to be a companion and 'ruler' of the house. The humans are really in charge. Damon likes to say so, anyway. Damon is Jamie's husband, and Nait was leery of him at first. The kitten was shy and nervous away from his parents. He wasn't sure of this new place. The two old cats, Simonn and Riverr, welcomed him at least. Well, they at least didn't drive him away or hiss at him, anyway. The German Shepherd, Bailey, is large...She scared him at first... and he ran to Jamie. They smiled and held him, soothing him and showing him the dog. He saw she's a nice dog. He calmed down a bit, still stepping carefully around her. However, he wasn't running away now. He was brought out to meet the four horses as well (names and colors below). He was nervous and a bit scared...

However, over time he sees he can trust them, and comes to like them. He will love his home, and grow up here. Still, he prefers the house to the barn out there. He likes to be in the lap of his Jamie, and even sometimes Damon, the most.

Story; The day Damon brought Olivia home, she was a bit nervous. She'd never been away from home, or her parents...This was her house now, though. She saw the other human, and...Nait is here! She was so glad to see her brother. She was glad she wasn't completely alone here, with all new animals. She ran up and rubbed on him, purring. She then followed Nait as he showed her around the house. With him there, she was able to get used to it easier. She met the dog and two older cats, that were really old...They just laid around in the sun. They didn't mind her and Nait, though. The cats were a male calico, Simonn, and his tortoiseshell sister, Riverr. The dog is a German Shepherd, Bailey. The dog was big and scary at first, and Liv ran from her...However, over time she realized Bailey is nice.

She also met the horses in the barn, all four of them. There's one white, one black, a bay, and a blue roan paint. Their names are Dove Flying, Darkness Comes, Forest Fire, and River Rolling Through. To a small kitten, they looked huge...However, she to like and trust them over time. The barn becomes her favorite place, one of them.

Now, she loves her home, and when she's an adult she will train new kitties. If any strays being their kittens, or if the humans bring new cats.

Story; Lorde honestly isn't entirely sure how he made it to his barn. He loves it, and he's been there as long as he can remember. He's only a couple weeks old, of course, but loves his life there. Mice are terrifying, and he replies on the bigger cats to keep him safe from the mice, under the guise of protecting the smaller kittens from the "vicious" rodents. As he gets older, he learns he actually does love raising kittens, and actually does DESPISE mouse meat. They're weird and scary, and their hairless little tails and feet freak him out. He loves to wander and go on field trips with the community kittens, but some of the cats are convinced he really is only trying to avoid the mice that share the barn

Story; Mari couldn't help but feel a little nervous as she followed her new owner into her new home. After all, this was all completely new to her! She'd never been away from her parents and siblings before now, and she had to admit she kind of missed them a lot. At least her new owner seems nice. Mari thought the first room she entered looked very comfortable, with a large couch covered in pillows and several shelves that were just the right height for her to climb onto. Her owner brought over a cat nip treat toy, offering it to her with a hopeful smile. It seemed her owner really wanted her to be happy here... Maybe she should make the most of this opportunity rather that dwelling on missing her parents and siblings.
Later that day, her owner's parents came home, and while she spent most of the encounter peeking out from behind her owner, she thought they seemed nice enough. Both were willing to give her space and weren't pushy about her interacting with them, which she appreciated.
Over time, Mari grew to like her new home a lot. As she got used to her new family, she gradually became less shy around them and soon became comfortable in their presence. All in all, she is now very happy here.
