I was so intrigued to find out my oldest adopted pet, so I made a whole group of all the pets I still have from my first day on CS!

This guy! I recall feeling like I was being timed (refresh countdown) so I thought I had to hurry and pick. I ended up trading him away, but later found him again and traded back for him!<3

I didn't know that you were supposed to adopt more than one pet at a time. So I adopted Socks, a cat, and a butterfly wolf before logging out and disappearing for a year.

Then I returned a year later, learned how to play the real way, and never left! And now it's the end of 2022, and I'm still here.

The first pet that I adopted on CS was this butterfly wolf, originally released in August 2008 and adopted on the day I joined: April 12th, 2009. Butterfly wolves are what drew me to CS, and they're still my favourite species today.

I don't remember which I technically adopted first, but this litter was among the first I adopted the day I joined and made a really strong impression on me, causing me to love the Butterfly Wolves and attempt to collect them all. This one was my favorite of that litter.
