TERMS OF SERVICE

• USD commissions will be prioritized.

• I have the right to reject any commission that I do not want to draw for any reason.

• Please send payment after I have confirmed you have a slot and have requested you to send payment after completing the sketch.

• Once I have begun the commission, a refund cannot be accepted. I typically wait up to a day to begin the piece.
  
  • However, feel free to ask me to wait a certain period before I begin any work!

• I will message you via your preferred means any revisions after the sketching phase.

• There will be two free revisions. A fee will be added for the third+ change, unless there was a mistake on my part.

• Depending on the complexity of the piece, I may take a week to a month to complete your commission.
  
  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know.

• If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please message ASAP so we can resolve it together!

USAGE POLICY

• All drawings will include my signature by default.

• I may use your artwork to advertise my work in the future.

• Please do not claim my artwork as your own.

• USD COMMISSIONS ONLY: You may buy the rights of the image for non-personal use (commercial or monetized) at any time. Please negotiate with me off-site for non-personal usage and rights.

• Once the commission is completed, you may:
  
  • Use it for personal reasons (social media, profile pictures, etc.)
  • Print it on paper or on a product (please show me if you do, I’d love to see my art as a physical product!)
  • Use on monetized sites (such as YouTube) as long as the artwork is not used as a cover/thumbnail or otherwise a main focus.

♥ Country personifications (love em, they’re my special interest!) (will not draw personifications I personally consider offensive)

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

❌ Most complex mecha
❌ Real people without their explicit permission (includes celebrities and influencers, unless it’s a reference to their merch or content e.g. showing a YouTuber on a computer screen)
❌ Hate/prejudice
❌ Controversial topics
❌ Unpaid commissions

Full-body Colored Sketch - 30 USD or 600c$ humanoid, 20 USD or 400c$ feral


Part-body Shaded Sketch - 45-55 USD or 900-1000c$ humanoid, 30 USD or 600c$ feral


Full-body Flatcolor - (USD ONLY) 55-70 humanoid, 55 USD or 1100c$ feral


(USD ONLY) Full-body Shaded - 90-120 humanoid, 75-90 feral

Additional Fees

• Each additional character will be +50% of the original single-character price

• Character, pose complexity + additional props raise the price

• Simple backgrounds will cost 5-15 USD, or 80-300 C$

• Single-color/patterned/gradient/free/stock backgrounds, additional simple/font text are free

• What a simple/complex background is or not is determined by me

Yes, I will take pet equivalents as well! Not picky with them as long as they equal the C$ prices. I will take "low-demand" pets as well, just as long as their base prices match.

7 USD or 120c$ for an uncolored sketch
Pet equivalent: 0.5 MA

10 USD or 200C$ for a roughly-colored sketch
Pet equivalent: 0.75 MA

15 USD or 260C$ for a simple-colored (not all parts will be colored) cleaner sketch
Pet equivalent: 1 MA
