yeah that’s the exact reason i don’t overpay for seasonal pets. the demand always dies down after the rarities come out

Is it just me or is anyone else surprised at which token pets became UCs for this year's Halloween? I would've expected the owls to be all rares, but I guess they were a bigger hit than I assumed haha

I mean yes and no, I’d expect there to be a lot of UC mainly because there’s a lot more players now. Also we don’t always get owls so that why it’s probably uncommons

I'm sad that there were no rare snakes! But I'm still totally obsessed with their snake costumes ♡

I would have figured that at the very least this one would have been rare considering that there were a lot of ppl trying to get it…ofc it could have been people who were hoarding too.

am honestly quite pleasantly surprised that the lykoi cats went rare! everything else seemed to turn out as expected though c:

same! actually the first two token boxes (the bwolves and the lykoi cats) both went rare, which surprised me, but it might be that there was more popular designs in the later boxes (such as the fennec foxes)

shocked the mothman b-wolf didnt become rare, but im kinda glad, will make it easier to hoard plus i feel bad hoarding rare pets. also the snakes too thought the pps ones would be rare but kinda glad they arent! also what about those rare rats from the october monthlies, eh?

edit: also i bought sooo many of the green cat horse, the unicorn and the mummy dog thinking they would be rare. RIP lol

im not rlly surprised that some of the owls were uncommon, but I AM surprised that one of them isnt?? you would think that you'd have an equal chance to get any of the 3 when you adopt them, so it's strange that one is so much rarer than the others

the rarities are looking to be like the ones from two years ago, so i will probably hold onto the uncommons in case they become rare in a couple months the same way. what an odd outcome!
