Hey hey! Here to give some tips!

Try some different length variation with the hair. A few lines in the hair and the bangs would be nice!
Line thickness variation is fun to experiment with too! Gives alot of character to your subject. ^^

it's all up to personal style, but you may want to clean up your sketches more :0

Hey, that's good!
Biggest tip is just keep doodling, have fun with it!

But Don't over do it, if you draw alot and your hand or anything starts hurting make sure you take a break.
