August grinned and rolled his eyes then rolled onto his back. This is where he wanted to be. He looked at her and cocked his head. "Frost..." he said and sighed. "Will you be my mate?" he said and looke dinti her eyes once more.

Blood smiled and sat down.

Frost smiled, licking August's nose. "Of course I will be." She whispered, looking into August's eyes. She felt like her dull black pelt with mud and grass wedged between was finally beautiful... and she felt like the scars on her paws had disappeared.

August's tail thumped on the ground and he grinned and climbed onto her. "You are mine." he said and licked her forehead and wrapped his tail in hers. He couldn't be happier. He felt like he could fly. He loved her beyond beleif.
