Hunting (Butterflynose); Butterflynose's patrol catches x2 lizards! Butterflynose receives minor bleeding
and will need one moon of rest or x1 cobweb. Daffodilbeam receives a minor infection and will need one
moon of rest or x1 marigold.

Hunting (Tumblepounce); Tumblepounce's patrol catches x1 hare!

Hunting (Babypatch); Babypatch's patrol catches x2 songbirds! Jaspercreek receives a minor infection and
will need one moon of rest or x1 oak leaf. Bean sprains her paw and will need two moons of rest and
x1 dandelion.

Hunting (Mousepelt); Mousepelt's patrol catches nothing. Violetshade receives a minor scratch and will need one
moon of rest or x1 raspberry leaf.

Patrolling(Lazulisong); Lazulisong's patrol encounters the predator from last moon, which turns out to be a fox. Ebonystar's
patrol heard the sound of fighting, and joined Lazulisong's patrol to assist in chasing it away. They do successfully chase it away,
but Ebonystar loses a life, Lilyleap loses her life, and Silversmoke breaks their leg, requiring two moons of rest,
x1 bindweed, and x1 stick.

Patrolling (Ebonystar); Ebonystar's patrol was uneventful.

Patrolling (Topazcloud); Topazcloud's encounters the predator they scented last moon, which turns out to be a stray dog.
They managed to chase it away, but Topazcloud received minor bleeding and will need one moon of rest or x1 cobweb.

Herb Gathering; The medicine cats gather x1 foxglove seed, x1 goatweed, x1 dandelion, x1 cobwev, and
x1 raspberry leaf.

season: leafbare / winter
snow lies in massive drifts over the territories. even the warmest areas feel the effects,
from frost killing vulnerable plants, to causing coughs to those who have experience too
much exposure. as prey and herbs have become scarce, there will also be fewer strangers
looking to explore the vast clan territories. queens may have a harder time kitting, so
medicine cats will need to be well-stocked and prepared for the following moons.

general notes:
• i recommend noting if there are any cats that you'd prefer be skipped over in the case of death rolls/injuries
• all images from replies are either made on lineart specifc for cac's purposes or are ftu from various free-to-use websites including unsplash and pixabay

AURORACLAN ▬ Red weasel

• a warrior has been sent to join auroraclan.

hunting results
• lilacrunner's patrol caught x1 large bird, x1 ermine, and x1 mouse. however, freezefright, new to the territory and unsure of the land, wandered off briefly in an attempt to explore and become better acquainted with her new home. when she was far from the rest of the patrol, however, she crossed paths with a hungry predator, who was drawn by the scent of fresh-kill. by the time the rest of the patrol caught up to respond to freezefright's calls for help, it was already too late. while the rest of the patrol jumped in to drive the predator away, lilacrunner went to check on freezefright, only to find that the clan's new member was gravely injured. no one could deny that freezefright passed away fighting, as a proud auroraclan warrior...
• orangebird caught x1 rabbit. however, tragedy struck again when oakbark, desperate to try to catch a mouse, darted into an abandoned rabbit warren in pursuit of the prey. despite orangebird's calls for oakbark to return to the rest of the group, it seemed that oakbark was too intent on the hunt. to the rest of the patrol's horror, the entrance to the tunnel was disturbed during the chase. before oakbark reemeged, the rabbit warren's tunnel collapsed. though the patrol did their best to try to dig oakbark free, it was only a matter of time before they realized the futility, that oakbark couldn't have survived the collapse....
• coyotefang's patrol caught x1 squirrel. however, sandbrush received a severe infection after snagging his pelt on a thorn bush. the minor injury went untreated for some time before sandbrush began to feel the infection set in. he will need to be treated with x1 chervil, x1 honey, x1 stinging nettle, and x2 moons of rest.

border patrol results
• fernstep's patrol found x6 pebbles.
• oceanlight's patrol found themselves stuck in a brief but vicious snowstorm, in which they could barely see to the ends of their whiskers. though still a young warrior, oceanlight managed to gather the patrol close to ensure that no one became lost, and found a shelter for the patrol to wait out the storm. thanks to oceanlight's quick thinking, the entire patrol made it back to camp in one piece and without any injuries.
• bluestorm's patrol passd uneventfully.

herb hunting results
• the medicine cats gathered x1 holly berries, x2 stinging nettle, x1 lungwort, and x1 rush.

training results
• leopardpaw, saffronpaw, glowpaw, chicorypaw, silverpaw, and chipmunkpaw passed and learned a skill this moon.
• twilightpaw failed to learn a skill this moon. during the session, they sustained some major bleeding which will need to be treated with x1 cobwebs, x1 goldenrod, and x1 moon of rest.
• twopaw failed to learn a skill this moon after cutting her paw on a jagged stone. the injury became infected and twopaw will need to take x1 moon of rest to recover.
• hopepaw passed and learned a skill this moon. however, during the session, hopepaw sustained a concussion, which will need to be treated with x1 dandelion, x1 poppy seeds, and x1 moon of rest.
• shrewstep and wolfpaw failed to learn a skill, but they can try again next moon.

Isopodstar stared at the dark water before him. His eyes were transfixed on the menacing water, and Cedarspeckle slowly made her way to him. He flicked his ear in greeting, but otherwise, Isopodstar made no movement. The she-cat coughed awkwardly, a little off-put by Isopodstar's fixation on the water. "What are you looking for?" The tortoiseshell asked. Isopodstar, without missing a beat, responded, "It." "It?" "Yes." Cedarspeckle looked confused, "What the hell is IT?" Isopodstar shrugged his shoulders, "Shark or something I think." Cedarspeckle looked as if she was about to strangle the tom, "You said this clan would be safe for my children. Whatever happened to that?" The black and white tom finally looked up, "It is safe." He stopped, before continuing in a matter-of-fact tone, "Sharks can't go on land." The tortoiseshell's jaw opened and closed a few times in rapid succession, as if she wanted to say something but couldn't think of what. She scowled, "I mean, sure. But what if It isn't a shark?" Isopodstar shrugged his shoulders, "Probably another sea creature. Can't go on land." Cedarspeckle rolled her eyes, "Okay, fine." The tortoiseshell walked away, and Isopodstar watched her leave for a few moments before returning his gaze back to the water.

Doefern anxiously organized the few herbs in front of her. For hours she had sorted them repetitively, worried that, with Cedarspeckle here, the pregnant she-cat would potentially have a hard birth, and Doefern didn't want the lack of herbs to contribute to it. She let out a little squeak as she heard a cat enter behind her, and looked back. It was Newttongue, one of the newer members. Doefern smiled softly, "What can I do for you, Newt?" Newttongue scratched their ear absentmindedly, "Hiya!" Doefern tipped her head in confusion. Newttongue didn't usually sound so excited. The cat began to talk again, "Can I eat some of those plants you have?" Doefern quickly shook her head no, "Are you alright Newttongue? You're acting different." The fighter sniffed, "Oh, uh." they stopped for a moment before continuing, "Sorry. Newt isn't here right now. Bad memories. Newt didn't wanna deal with that. Newt told me to tell you because you're nice and know a lot about healing! I'm Roxy, by the way!" Doefern shook her head in understanding, "I see. Nice to meet you, Roxy." Roxy seemed to be an older kit or a younger apprentice. "Can we play a game?" Doefern smiled softly and nodded, "Of course, dear. What would you like to play- and before I forget, do you use she and her?" Roxy nodded, "Yuppers! And maybe moss ball?" Dofern nodded, "Of course we may."

When Meteorfall noticed the ginger's frustrations they tried to reassure Sunset their value as a lightwalker wasn't in their "usefulness". Sunset insisted they wanted to do something for the clan, the lynx point asked them if there was anything they considered themself good at. The little ginger cat didn't like recalling their past, but maybe that was a good time to remember some things they've learned.
"I sort of know a bit about herbs... I could help a cat to give birth... Soothe a toothache... Heal a broken paw... And... and..."
"Oh! That's amazing, Sunset! You could be a healer!" Meteorfall jumped in excitement "You're so smart!"
"I guess I would love to be that..." Sunset purred barely hiding how flattered they felt
"In fact, a little while ago, Basalt questioned me about getting a healer... I don't think we have to worry about that anymore!" Meteor affectionately bumped their forehead on Sunset's "Our healer was right here all along..."

A cat was found by Meteorfall, wandering through the clan's territory, as always the lynx point was welcoming and invited the cat to visit the camp. Arriving there the cat took a large interest in the other lightwalkers, Sunsetstep in particular, although the little ginger wasn't fond of talking to strangers. By the end of the day the loner asked Meteorfall if they could join their group, and was given the name Gleamingonyx. Onyx was tremendously happy to have somewhere to stay, hopefully, for the rest of their life.

On a cold day a tortie point decided to waltz right into the Lightwalkers camp, Basalt and Onyx approached the stranger to address the invasion. The cat had a fiery attitude and argued that a small group of cats couldn't claim a big territory. When approaching the conflict, Meteorfall was impressed by the cat's boldness
"If we are such a small group of cats, can't you help us grow bigger?"
The loner laughed, an invitation like that was the last thing they expected to come out of the lynx point's mouth "Sure, why not?"

Copperbreeze is sassy but still holds a lot of respect for Meteorfall, later the lynx learned both of them had similar dreams about an utopic society of cats. Onyx holds a little bit of resentment against the tortie due to their rudeness.

Gleamingonyx is notoriously sociable and likes to be around their clanmates, it didn't take long for them and Meteorfall to form a strong bond. The snowshoe finds Sunsetstep to be the most adorable thing in this world, but struggles to interact with them.

Butterflynose: Butterflynose trailed slowly behind her apprentice Apricotpaw after their training session. It hadn’t been a full moon yet since her daughter, the first BilberryClan born cat, had died. The grieving had prevented her from leaving camp and today was her first day out. The moor looked dull and grey, and puddles had formed on rocks where the snow from the night before had melted. “You go on ahead to the stream, Ill catch up.” Butterflynose mewed to her apprentice. Memories of Lilyleap flashed through Butterflynose’s head until she heard a heart stopping cry for help. Butterflynose dashed forward, she pushed her body through some shrubs and found herself behind a large fox, Apricotpaw’s small body was trembling fearfully only a tail length in front of the deadly animal...

Saffronspice: Saffronspice lounged lazily in the clearing, playfully batting the cats walking by. The familiar black and white pelt of Citrinewind trotted past and Saffronspice hooked a paw around her back leg hoping to trip his friend to engage some banter. The molly stumbled before whipping her head around “You never seem to grow up huh?” Citrinewind teased, “well at least I know how to have fun!” Saffronspice purred. The two cats joked together for several moments before a small tortoiseshell cat came running into the clearing, Apricotpaw shouted before turning to leave once more “It’s Butterflynose! She needs help!”

↳↳↳ First, Dipperduo started to lose her appetite. Even when presented with her favorite prey, the she-cat wouldn't eat. Due to this, she started to lose weight rapidly as well. Her clanmates started to hover nervously once the she-cat started to lose interest in grooming herself and going on patrols. When she did attend patrols, she had trouble breathing and keeping up with the others. Towards the end of this moon, Dipperduo suddenly lost use of her hind legs and had to be brought back to camp. The she-cat sadly passed on to Starclan within days of losing the ability to walk.
