Anyway, here's the Halloween event for ya.

Halloween Costume Contest!

Pull out your items, it's time to dress up for Halloween!
Dress up a pet all spooky and enter it in the competition. Feel free to include a little story for your dressup as well!
A few days before Halloween, I'll set up a poll with all the entries. We'll vote for a winner!
The poll will close on Halloween and I'll send the winner their prize.
For the prize I'll prioritize spooky items from your wishlist. Otherwise you'll get pets, nonspooky items, or tokens.

Deep within a forest forgotten to time, an ethereal glow peeks between the trunks of ancient trees. It ebbs and flows as if coming into focus. Nearing the curious light show, a soft voice hums along to an unfamiliar tune. The source of that mysterious song turns, a pair of shockingly blue eyes looking back, unblinking. The creature barely shifts, its head tilting curiously.

"A visitor? Did the forest call your name as well?"

They move just enough to the side to reveal a luminous orb perched upon a weathered stump. The light within it twists and writhes, images flitting past too quickly for the eye to follow. Whispers eminate from it, just faint enough to make one wonder if it isn't simply the biting autumn breeze. The creature looks back at the mystical object, and though their eyes are focused elsewhere, the feeling of being watched is unshakable.

"Come, sit. Perhaps we can decipher their voices together."
