Rares in a litter are pretty rare, so I kinda doubt it lol

Is it unusual that all but one of my rats is 20+ days still growing? Or did I just get the worst luck with that litter?

It seems like a good chunk of people are in more or less the same boat. ^^" I've been lucky enough to get all of them from my own adopts so far, but I seem to be the exception, not the rule.

The raging flames eventually burned out.
So wild and famished, they consumed each other in the dance of a spinning ouroboros.
In the wake of their ruthless reign, only a charred shell remained.

Somewhere within that hardened husk laid a worn heart.

Its beats now reduced to mere whispers, suffocated by walls of hardened angst.
There was no anger, pain or self-loathing this time. No smiles to disguise the unavoidable truth.
Only the chilling numbness of a hollowed vessel.

And as the harrowing silence of nothingness became more and more deafening...
One realization soon shook the foundations of that scorched cage.

It missed the company of pain and dread.

I hope that working on these has given you an outlet for your emotions and brought you some comfort. I’m sorry for what you’ve been through. I had a similar experience a few years ago. I can truly feel the emotions you put into these dragons and I feel for you. I hope you will find brighter days ahead <3
