yes those are both fine with me! also thanks to @kalcifer we got up a set schedule for classes, which you can see here! i'm going to link it on the main page too, so anyone can refer back to it at anytime. :)

id say since we already got to the beginning of the week here, we start on a monday, but with the current dialogue i suppose we’d start on tuesday here, if that makes sense.
