Prompt response: I imagine the cheapest options would be hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol. Hairspray can work, but personally it's funny to think about standing there, spraying however much hair spray on the however big stain.

Prompt response: Well it's easy silly. You simply rewind time to the moment before the ink stains your clothes. There is a small possibility of something called the butterfly effect if you choose this method, but surely nothing dangerous can come of it; at least not this time.
